1. General Conditions

NoCode ProCode is a subscription-based service billed monthly. We are committed to providing high-quality services to visual, no-code developers and offer specific conditions under which refunds are processed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Interruptions: If our service experiences a significant downtime of more than 48 consecutive hours due to reasons within our control, subscribers may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the downtime period.

  • Non-Usage: Subscribers who have not used the service and notify us within the first 5 days of billing might be eligible for a full refund.

  • Major Defects: In cases where our platform fails to perform according to our stated functionalities and we are unable to correct the issue within a reasonable period after it has been reported, a pro-rated refund may be granted.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

Please contact us at hey@nocodeprocode.com to request a refund. Include your account details and a clear explanation of the issue. We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 7 business days.

4. Limitations

  • Refunds pertain only to the subscription fees. Additional services or products purchased through NoCode ProCode are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are generally not provided after the first 5 days of the new billing cycle, unless under the specific conditions outlined above.

5. Modifications to the Refund Policy

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect updates to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this policy and, where required, through other communication channels.
