Welcome to NoCode ProCode (“Platform”), available at https://nocodeprocode.com. We provide various digital products, SaaS templates, and educational courses for no-code and pro-code development (“Services”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Our platform offers subscription-based access to content, templates, and educational courses. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds for subscription renewal. We may suspend or terminate access if payment is not received.

4. Educational and Informational Use Only

  • The digital products, templates, and courses provided on NoCode ProCode are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended for use as professional, financial, or compliance solutions. NoCode ProCode makes no guarantees regarding their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific application or purpose.

  • By using our Services, you agree that:

    • You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any and all legal, regulatory, or business requirements relevant to your use of our products and services.

    • NoCode ProCode disclaims any liability for any losses, damages, or consequences that may result from your reliance on, implementation of, or interpretation of our templates, courses, or other materials.

5. Exclusion of Liability

  • NoCode ProCode provides templates, courses, and content “as-is” and makes no representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.

  • By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • NoCode ProCode shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided in our courses or templates, including but not limited to setup instructions, configurations, or code samples.

    • NoCode ProCode shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or other issues arising from outdated content, changes in APIs, or other technology updates. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and relevance of the information before implementing it in any environment.

    • NoCode ProCode shall not be held liable for incorrect implementations, misconfigurations, or misinterpretations of our courses or templates that result in financial losses, data breaches, operational failures, or any other negative outcomes. Users are solely responsible for testing, customizing, and validating any information before use.

    • NoCode ProCode disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, services, or educational content.

  • You agree that it is your responsibility to seek professional advice and perform independent verification before deploying or implementing any of our content, templates, or courses in a commercial or production environment.

6. Special Clause for The Vault (Banking Template)

  • The Vault is a boilerplate/template using Plaid, designed for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be used as a licensed or certified banking application, and NoCode ProCode makes no guarantees regarding its compliance with any financial regulations or its suitability for any particular purpose.

  • By accessing or using The Vault, you agree that:

    • You are responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations, including financial, banking, and data privacy laws, in your jurisdiction if you choose to deploy or use The Vault in any environment beyond testing or development.

    • You must obtain the necessary licenses and permissions if you intend to use The Vault in a commercial, production, or customer-facing setting. NoCode ProCode is not responsible for ensuring that you have obtained appropriate licenses or regulatory approval.

    • You acknowledge that the use of Plaid’s API is subject to Plaid’s own terms and conditions, and you must ensure compliance with Plaid’s requirements independently of NoCode ProCode. We are not liable for any non-compliance with third-party service providers’ terms.

    • NoCode ProCode disclaims any liability for any misconduct, fraudulent activities, or non-compliance resulting from your use of The Vault. It is your responsibility to ensure that the implementation and operation of The Vault are compliant and secure.

  • NoCode ProCode shall not be held liable for any financial losses, legal actions, fines, or penalties that may result from the misuse or improper implementation of The Vault. You agree to indemnify and hold NoCode ProCode harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of The Vault.

7. User Compliance and Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for testing, customizing, and validating any templates or courses they use from NoCode ProCode. You are encouraged to seek professional advice to ensure your use of our products aligns with your specific legal, technical, and regulatory requirements.

  • Users agree to keep sensitive information, such as API keys, secure and confidential. NoCode ProCode is not liable for any data breaches, losses, or other damages resulting from mishandling or exposing such information.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, templates, code, and educational materials available on NoCode ProCode are the intellectual property of NoCode ProCode and its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use these products under the terms specified, and you may not reproduce, distribute, or sublicense any content without written permission.

9. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold NoCode ProCode harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our platform, templates, or educational content, or any violation of these ToS.

10. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Timeliness

  • We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information; however, the information, templates, and educational content provided are subject to change. NoCode ProCode does not guarantee that any of the information or content provided will remain accurate, complete, or relevant at the time you use it.

  • NoCode ProCode does not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, and you agree to use the services at your own risk.

11. No Professional Advice

  • The content, templates, and courses provided by NoCode ProCode do not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or business advice. You should seek professional advice relevant to your situation before using any materials from our platform for commercial or production use.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • NoCode ProCode’s total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising from your use of the platform or services, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NoCode ProCode for access to the platform during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to such liability.

13. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we suspect you are in breach of these ToS or if you misuse the platform or services. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

14. Changes to ToS

  • We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

  • These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.
